How do I get billed for services rendered?
For recurring services such as lawn mowing, we bill after every visit/service. Customers manage their payment methods via their customer portal and are automatically charged when the job/service is completed.
For bigger, one time jobs, customers are emailed an invoice once it is completed. Invoices can be paid online via credit card or ACH.
What is a customer portal?
Every client of ours has access to their own customer portal. It is directly linked to the email provided. One can add/edit payment methods, request additional work, see upcoming visits, look at past invoices or quotes, etc. all within the portal.
How does a quote work?
As easy as...
1. Schedule an onsite assessment.
This can be done online or over the phone. We like to visit the potential job site prior to giving a quote. This ensures the quote is as accurate as possible.
2. Receive your custome quote.
We'll either give you your quote right there on the spot during the on-site assessment or a little bit later via email.
3. Approve!
This is when your job gets on the schedule, and we get to work.
