How does billing work?
Upon quote acceptance, customers will be sent a welcome email with a link to their personal, customer portal. Through their portal, customers can save credit card(s) on file. After a plowing visit is complete, payment is automatically charged to the saved card and a receipt will be emailed to the email on file. No check, stamp, or envelope needed.
Note: Billing procedures may vary between residential and commercial accounts.
